The REFLEX ULTRA◊ wands accommodate diverse turbinate anatomy. Immediate tissue removal helps ensure efficient procedures, while the continuous postoperative contraction and tissue shrinkage promote ideal healing.
REFLEX ULTRA PTR Wand
With its sleek profile and integrated visual markers, the REFLEX ULTRA PTR Wand helps make turbinate reduction fast and efficient.
- Shorter, smaller diameter provides easy access and reduces visual obstruction in smaller anatomy
- Two orange depth markers for improved visibility in small areas
REFLEX ULTRA 45 Wand
With a slightly longer shaft length and integrated markers, the REFLEX ULTRA 45 Wand is suited for the reduction of larger turbinates.
- May treat both anterior and posterior portion of turbinate
- Features three black depth markers for improved device positioning visibility

COBLATION-CHANNELING◊ Technique
COBLATION–CHANNELING can be used with either the REFLEX ULTRA PTR or the REFLEX ULTRA 45 Wands. Different procedure steps are applicable*.
As with COBLATION◊ technology, COBLATION-CHANNELING is a minimally invasive technique that simultaneously removes and shrinks submucosal tissue while leaving the mucosal lining virtual undisturbed. COBLATION-CHANNELING techniques provide precise control via the Wand tip; multiple channels can be created while COBLATION activity can be activated or deactivated with the push of a pedal.
*Refer to the COBLATION REFLEX ULTRA PTR and ULTRA 45 Brochure for procedure instructions.
