In the challenging and ever-changing landscape of periprosthetic fracture surgery, sureons need a flexible implant system that gives them the ability to adapt in the operating room. From reduction to fixation, the EVOS LARGE & PERIPROSTHETIC Plating System has evolved to give surgeons stability where they need it and flexibility where they want it, including:

  • Compatibility with percutaneous targeters
  • One screw design for threaded locking and variable-angle locking
  • Compatibility with the EVOS Cabling

Features a range of periprosthetic and large fragment plates including: periprosthetic trochanteric hook, periprosthetic trochanteric ring, periprosthetic proximal femur, periprosthetic distal femur, periprosthetic utility, large fragment proximal/distal femur, large fragment proximal humerus and proximal tibia, and large fragment straight plates.

Periprosthetic plates

3.5mm variable angle screw holes placed peripherally in periprosthetic plates are designed to achieve bi-cortical fixation around prostheses.

Anatomic fit

Designed for an optimal fit and to aid proper placement, the low profile plate and screw design helps minimise the potential for soft tissue and tendon irritation.1-4  Spanning plates include tapered ends to ease contouring.

Versatility

One unified system that includes one instrument set and one screw set for both large fragment and periprosthetic plates.1-9

Built for simplicity, efficiency and ease of use, with standardised drill bits and colour-coded instrumentation.1-4,10
