Optimised versatility

Use the TRIGEN META-TAN Nailing System for:

  • Proximal fractures: Integrated Compression Screws provide active compression with the option to create a fixed angle construct.1-4 A femoral screw locking option is designed to minimise proximal nail toggle
  • Mid-shaft fractures: An increased femoral mode screw angle and 12° retroversion are designed to minimise the risk of femoral neck interference and provide anatomical fixation without excessive countersinking of the nail
  • Distal fractures: 15° off-axis distal hole is designed to aid resistance to nail toggle in the femoral canal and allow posterolateral to anteromedial fixation (easy C-arm positioning), with a threaded slot designed to allow 5mm of dynamisation
